Sunday School

At Freedom Baptist Church, we have Sunday School classes for all ages including a nursery for those under 3 years of age. Each class is led by two teachers who present an age-appropriate lesson rooted in the Word of God. The Bible isn’t an afterthought in our Sunday School classes, it’s the centerpiece; and its focus is our focus, the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Building Blocks
Boys and Girls ages 3 to 6 years.

Building Momentum
Boys and Girls ages 7 to 10 years.

Building Graceful Ladies
Girls ages 11 to 18 years. 

Building Mighty Men
Boys ages 11 to 18 years.

Building Faith
Discipleship Class for Adults.

Building Christ
Main Class for Adults.

Bus Ministry

The bus ministry at Freedom Baptist Church provides transportation throughout Davidson County to Sunday School for all ages. We desire to “Go out into the highways and hedges,” as our Lord said for His house to be filled. All of our routes are led by volunteers in the church who desire to see men and women, boys and girls hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Youth Ministry

It is an old adage that the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow; and that truth applies to our families, churches, and beyond. At Freedom Baptist Church we recognize that today's youth have more to captivate their attention than ever before, and it is our desire to point them to Jesus Christ and a personal relationship with Him. We do this through a weekly youth church, yearly youth revivals, and periodic youth outings and activities where young people can come together in a Bible-centered environment for growth, fellowship, and fun.

Outreach Ministry

The Great Commission is given in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” In an effort to fulfill the Great Commission locally, we have weekly outreach opportunities where members take the Gospel into our community. 

Global Missions

It is not possible for any church body to consistently minister to its local community and the rest of the world. Therefore, in an effort to fulfill the broader scope of the Great Commission, Freedom Baptist Church supports a variety of local New Testament missionaries serving elsewhere in the United States and around the world.
